Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
This is the ideal house plan for a narrow lot. It packs all the features you want in a very narrow footprint. With its open floor plan you will enjoy the fireplace from the great room, kitchen and the dining area. When the weather cooperates you can open the doors to the covered rear porch and really blur the lines between indoors and outdoors.
