Royal Oaks Design, Inc. maintains a NO RETURN policy regarding house plans.

This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF, CAD and Vellum. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

Please be sure of your selection before ordering, and feel free to contact our office at 651-964-2726 (Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM GMT) to discuss any concerns you may have before ordering.
