Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
The Abigail House Plan is a 3,879 sq. ft. two-story Modern Farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a front-entry 2-car garage. Its inviting exterior opens to a foyer with clear sight lines through the great room to a bright rear wall of windows.
The main level connects the great room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and formal dining spaces. A large island with sink, dishwasher, and seating for 3 anchors the kitchen, while the walk-through butler's pantry and separate walk-in pantry add generous storage. A pocket office, mud/laundry area, and screened rear porch with fireplace bring comfort and convenience to everyday living.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a sitting area, coffee bar, vaulted bath, dual vanities, separate tub and shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bath, and an expansive loft give this home plan plenty of room for family, guests, work, and play.
