We are an award-winning residential design firm founded in 1988 that works with a vast array of clients across the US and Canada. Royal Oaks Design produces and sells a large collection of stock house plans that range from entry level to luxury. Customers are then able to customize their plans through our modifications team. This process is a fraction of the price other firms would charge for custom plans and opens up the market of high-end home designs to a larger demographic across the nation.

Required Job Skills:

-Canva

-SketchUp 3D Modeling (3-5 years professional experience)

-SketchUp Layout Floor plans (3-5 years professional experience)

-Photorealistic 3D Lumion Rendering (3-5 years professional experience)

-Ability to read drafted residential construction documents

-General understanding of architectural details and residential construction
