Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
This 2,364 sq. ft. New American farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an optional bonus room above the garage, with 2- or 3-car garage configurations available.
