PDF vs CAD Explained
We offer house plans in two formats: PDF (easiest and fastest—email delivery, easy printing and viewing) or CAD (DWG files for extensive modifications, requires CAD software). Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

North Haven House Plan: A Cottage Retreat with a Loft
North Haven brings gathering spaces and quiet retreats together in a cottage plan with a vaulted great room. Tall windows draw light into the living area, while the fireplace creates a place to settle in at the end of the day. The open kitchen and its island keep cooking, conversation and everyday meals connected.
The rear deck extends the living space outdoors for morning coffee or dinner with friends. A main-level primary suite gives you a private place to unwind, close to the home's daily gathering spaces.

Our plans include everything you need to build your dream home. Depending on your location, you may need additional items like structural engineering reviews or energy calculations—your builder can advise on local requirements. Most plans are ready for immediate delivery (within 1 business day), though plans with options like foundation options or material lists may take 10-14 business days. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.
