This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
The Skyline Meadows House Plan is a 1,877 sq. ft. modern farmhouse plan designed for narrow lots, with a 26 ft. width, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a front-entry 2-car garage. Its two-story layout keeps the footprint efficient while still giving the home open living space, strong curb appeal, and everyday functionality.
The main floor features 9 ft. ceilings and an open great room, dining area, and kitchen anchored by a 10 ft. island. A fireplace adds warmth to the great room, while the mudroom, laundry area, and powder room are positioned near the garage for convenient daily use.
