PDF vs CAD Explained
We offer house plans in two formats: PDF (easiest and fastest—email delivery, easy printing and viewing) or CAD (DWG files for extensive modifications, requires CAD software). Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

Bluehaven House Plan: Space for Every Part of the Day
Bluehaven gives an active household room to find its own rhythm. A covered front porch, blue siding and white gable accents introduce this four-bedroom farmhouse plan, while the foyer leads into an open great room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen island keeps breakfast and conversation close, and the fireplace gives the living space a comfortable place to gather at the end of the day.
The primary suite sits on the main floor, with a walk-in closet, nearby laundry and a bathroom with two vanities, a tub and a separate shower. At the front of the home, an office or living room offers space for working from home, reading or a quieter retreat. A walk-in pantry and a mudroom beside the two-car garage provide practical storage along the daily route through the house.
Upstairs, the loft becomes a second gathering place for games, homework or movie nights. Most plans are ready for immediate delivery (within 1 business day), though plans with options like foundation options or material lists may take 10-14 business days. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.
