This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
This charming 2-story 1962 sq. ft.. Farmhouse makes excellent use of all the interior spaces! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and a 2-car garage.
From the attractive entrance, you’ll step into an elegant foyer that leads to a wonderfully open living space. The L-shaped space holds the expansive great room, dining room and kitchen. Multiple large windows and rear door access to the back of the home help bring the outdoors in while allowing for tons of natural light, giving the space a bright and airy feel.
This amazing kitchen was designed with both form and function in mind. The centerpiece of the kitchen is the generous island (4’6” x 6’2”) that has seating for 5 and ample prep space, making it a great spot for creating both meals and memories!
