Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
This 2332 sq. ft.. Modern Farmhouse is loaded with country charm! It has 3 bedrooms plus an optional 286 sq. ft.. bonus room over the garage, 2 full baths, a ¾ bath and a 2-car garage, all conveniently laid out in a one-story open floor plan.
