We offer house plans in two formats: PDF (easiest and fastest—email delivery, easy printing and viewing) or CAD (DWG files for extensive modifications, requires CAD software). Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

Depending on your location, you may need additional items like structural engineering reviews or energy calculations—your builder can advise on local requirements. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.
