Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

Depending on your location, you may need additional items like structural engineering reviews or energy calculations—your builder can advise on local requirements. Most plans are ready for immediate delivery (within 1 business day), though plans with options like foundation options or material lists may take 10-14 business days. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.
