Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.
