We offer house plans in two formats: PDF (easiest and fastest—email delivery, easy printing and viewing) or CAD (DWG files for extensive modifications, requires CAD software). Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. Building the same plan more than once requires a separate re-use license—contact us for details.

Depending on your location, you may need additional items like structural engineering reviews or energy calculations—your builder can advise on local requirements. Most plans are ready for immediate delivery (within 1 business day), though plans with options like foundation options or material lists may take 10-14 business days. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
The metal roof and wood accents combine to give this 2177 sq. ft.. Craftsman home magnificent curb appeal! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an optional 500 sq. ft.. bonus room over the garage, there’s plenty of space for you and your family to grow!
The great room, kitchen and dinette all combine in this open floor plan to make one amazing space! The great room features 11’ ceilings, a large fireplace with built-ins on each side and French doors leading to the big covered rear porch.
The kitchen is very user friendly with a generous center island with built-in sink and dishwasher, plus seating for 4, making it a great place for food prep or quick meals! Storage won’t be a problem due to numerous cabinets and a walk-in pantry with sliding barn doors. The dinette area has additional cabinets, windows on one side and a door to the rear porch.
On one side of the house is the impressive master suite. In the master bedroom you can enjoy your sitting area with built-ins on both sides and a bright airy window. A master bath with his and hers walk-in closets, dual vanities with trough sinks, a private toilet area and separate shower and tub complete the suite.
