Both formats include a Copyright Release allowing you to modify the plans and make copies to build one house. This NO RETURN policy covers all formats that house plans are sold in, PDF and CAD. Because our plans are copyrighted and registered to the purchaser, we cannot allow refunds.

House Plan Description
The Wexford is a 2,870-square-foot, two-story modern farmhouse plan designed for a narrow 35-foot-wide lot. It offers four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a front-loading two-car garage, and an optional 398-square-foot bonus room.
The main level centers on an open kitchen, dining area, and vaulted great room with a fireplace and built-ins. A walk-through prep kitchen, large island, mudroom, walk-in pantry, covered front porch, and rear outdoor access add everyday function.
The main-level primary suite includes dual vanities, a separate shower and soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft overlooking the foyer, with optional bonus space above the garage.
